Hi! As you know as a follower; I am a Fine Art Painter, and Illustrator. And if you are not a follower of this blog: I am a Fine Art Painter, and an Illustrator!
And I have done something! This year, I founded my own publishing company:
Paloma Pearl Publishing
With Paloma Pearl my studio Pigeon as Brand Ambassador. I fully believe her majestic beauty will be advantageous for my fledgling Publishing house and it is high time she makes some money to pay for all the safflower seeds.
The Books
I have always illustrated for publishers, from big publishers like Random House to elite publishers like The Folio Society. The thing is one is always waiting to be called for a project and which book you have been chosen to illustrate, I have quite a number of books my fingers are itching to illustrate!!! And I have been trying to find ways to produce my own books, the problem is not only that you need to get them printed, and lay out a great deal of cash, but even worse, you then have a room full of books which you ahve to market, sell, and send out to people. There is no way I have the bandwidth to do that.
In comes Print on Demand!
The Sky is the Limit!!!!
Actually, my available time is the limit.
But I have started, I have been at it for seven months, I now have 8… yes you read that right: 8 Coloring Books out!!!
And they are the BEST coloring books. Obviously.
I even made a sampler I can hand out. Or which you can buy.
The book has a couple of sample illustrations from my bold and easy coloring books, fashion coloring books, the Bon Ton Paris Fashion coloring book, the Bold & Easy Buff Boys coloring book, and the Pet Pegasus book. (I am still translating it to English) And some concept drawings.

I have all these obsessions, and special interests and fashion is one of them, I love researching fashions for the books I illustrate so I ahve a couple of fashion coloring books: Hats and Hair, Bold and Easy, and the Bon Ton Paris Fashion coloring book, based on the ”Gazette du Bon Ton” and illustrated by the best French artists of the Early 1900s. This one is not ”Bold & Easy”, it is ”Intricate & Detailed”!!!

I am keeping busy and am illustrating my first Classic Novel to come out. And I will be posting regularly on my new books.
Stay Tuned!!!
